Brian Alferman, Sustainability Program Manager, Johnson County Department of Health and Environment
The common thread in Brian’s career has been the focus on the health of our environment and the collaboration with businesses, governments and citizens to further that effort in innovative, often groundbreaking, ways.
Through stints with non-profit, entrepreneurial and global, private sector companies, his work has shaped a unique perspective on the concept of “People, Planet, Profit” that can only be gained through experience.
Brian is now extremely proud to use that experience locally by supporting his home county in reaching their sustainability goals and making our community a healthier place for all.
