Air & Waste – 200 days into the Trump Administration
The Trump Administration hit the ground running with a number of plans, initiatives and major policy announcements. While there is significant focus on the first 100 days of an administration, the next 100 are just as important to not only understanding what the Administration said but also what it is doing and how it is accomplishing these priorities. This webinar will walk through the first 200 days of the Zeldin EPA and what is to come in air and waste policy during the next 3.5 years.
Brittany Barrientos is a Partner in Stinson LLP’s Kansas City office. Brittany’s deep understanding of environmental, health and safety laws across the regulatory, transactional and litigation spectrums allows her to find well-rounded and practical solutions to complex issues. She has significant experience assisting clients with environmental regulatory requirements arising under the Clean Water Act, Clean Air Act, solid and hazardous waste laws, Superfund, TSCA and PHMSA, as well as state and local environmental laws and regulations. In response to the overlapping issues facing many of our environmental clients, years ago Brittany expanded her practice to include health and safety work. She now devotes a significant portion of her practice to assisting clients in OSHA matters, including compliance with state and/or federal safety laws, contesting citations, and with compliance activities.
