 iduals Rule:  Forecasting Significant Changes from EPA’s New Requiremen

 tice in the Spring Administrative Policy that it would be seeking to publi
 sh four major rulemaking efforts that would amend the Federal Coal Combust
 ion Residuals Rule.  This presentation will summarize changes that EPA is
  proposing and highlight areas that are expected to be impacted by these a
 mendments to the federal rule.  Perspectives of opportunities and risk as
  it relates to utility operations and long-term stewardship and liability
