 e\, Geosyntec Consultants\n\nIn this webinar\, Suzanne will review a few o
 f the RCRA regulations that she sees many generators struggle with. Regard
 less of generator status\, we hope there'll be something of value for you 
 to be aware of in this presentation.\n\nSuzanne Gabriele is a Senior Princ
 ipal Consultant based in Colorado with more than 35 years of experience fo
 cused on environmental\, health\, safety (EHS) management for a variety of
  industries including manufacturing\, mining\, oil &amp\; gas\, food proce
 ssing\, electrical and natural gas utilities\, and municipal governments. 
 Suzanne has extensive experience helping clients manage risks and recogniz
 ing opportunities to improve EHS performance. In addition\, Suzanne has ex
 tensive knowledge of regulatory programs including those promulgated under
  the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA)\, Emergency Planning an
 d Community Right to Know Act (EPCRA)\, Clean Air Act (CAA)\, Clean Water 
 Act (CWA)\, and Toxic Substance Control Act (TSCA) and the ways in which t
 heir regulations apply in the built world. Suzanne works with clients to d
 esign programs to manage obligation under these laws and also other obliga
 tions such as those related to environmental\, social\, and governance (ES
 G) initiatives. She directs and manages compliance audit programs and supp
 orts clients in identifying root cause and corrective actions for noncompl
