 \nRegulatory Compliance and Your Insurance Policy:\nDavid McMillan\, Under
 writing Manager of Axon Underwriting will be discussing environmental regu
 latory compliance\, pollution insurance dynamics\, and consumer purchasing
  as they relate to litigation.  David will also discuss industry complian
 ce trends and emergency incidents\, as well as\, emerging litigation trend
 s and the insurability of these exposures.\n\n&nbsp\;\nDavid McMillan\, Ax
 on\, Underwriting Manager\nDavid joined Axon in January 2017 as an Underwr
 iting Manager\, where he is responsible for underwriting and developing Ax
 on’s various products and services.  He is also involved in the identif
 ication of\, and product deployment for\, new market segments.\n\nDavid be
 gan his insurance career as an environmental underwriter at James River In
 surance Company\, helping the company start its Environmental Division.  
 David then joined Markel Corporation and served as an Underwriting Manager
  in the Southeast’s Environmental and Energy Product Line.  He has 15 y
 ears of insurance carrier experience underwriting general liability\, cont
 ractor’s pollution liability\, pollution legal liability\, products poll
 ution liability\, professional liability and excess casualty for complex a
 nd hard to place risks.  David was also responsible for new product devel
 opment and underwriter training.\n\nPrior to insurance\, David has 7 years
 ’ experience as an Environmental Scientist at various environmental cons
 ulting firms throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region. His focus was on groundwa
 ter investigations and remediation\, fugitive gas emissions and regulatory
  compliance.  David also holds a B.S. degree in Environmental Science fro
 m the University of Virginia’s College at Wise.\n\nhttp://edwardscampus.
