 ormwater-only NPDES permits (general or site-specific) and benchmarks\, 
 “No Exposure” certifications or special conditions may provide relief 
 from costly sampling and corrective actions. However\, certifying and mai
 ntaining a condition of “No Exposure” can be challenging. Is the juic
 e worth the squeeze?\nSpeakers:\n\nMike Hogan\n\nMike is a Senior Scientis
 t with eleven years of experience as an environmental consultant and scien
 tist with Geosyntec's St. Louis\, Missouri office. Areas of expertise incl
 ude surface water quality sampling and data management/interpretation\, en
 vironmental permitting\, natural resource investigations\, hydrologic moni
 toring and data collection\, and aquatic ecology. Mike supports projects i
 n these subject matters throughout the Midwest.\n\nMike’s regulatory exp
 erience includes: NPDES permitting\, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) 
 sections 401\, 404\, and 408 permitting for impacts to waters of the U.S. 
 and levees\, and protected species consultations with U.S. Fish and Wildli
 fe Service (USFWS)\, and state agencies.\n\nMonica Crisafulli\nMonica has 
 over eleven years of experience and has been a part of the Geosyntec Clean
  Water Act Compliance Department as a Project Scientist since March 2025. 
 Prior to coming to Geosyntec\, Monica worked on The Boeing Company Environ
 ment\, Health and Safety team in St. Louis\, Missouri. During that time\, 
 she managed enterprise-wide and regional projects to ensure regulatory com
 pliance. Currently\, she leverages this experience to provide an industria
 l perspective for her team and clients. Monica has been working with munic
 ipalities\, energy providers\, and various other industries to support NPD
 ES permitting and compliance\, and industrial pretreatment programs.\n\nTH
