Midwest Section of the Air & Waste Management Association is based
in Kansas City, Missouri and serves the States of Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, and Nebraska (with the exception of the metropolitan St. Louis area, which is
served by the Greater
St. Louis Section.) The International Air & Waste Management Association (A&WMA) (www.awma.org) is a non-profit technical,
scientific, and educational organization with thousands of members in over 65
countries. Founded in 1907 and headquartered in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, the
Association provides a forum where all viewpoints on environmental issues
receive consideration.
